Feedback on Twitter
The list of Twitter users has been really active this week, with lots of people adding themselves to the list. Got some great feedback about the site on Twitter, too:

I followed up with him and he said he was looking for info on Profiler, which is funny because it’s one of the sections I haven’t touched at all.
Almost 9,000 Video/Audio Views in December
Our podcast feed is off to a roaring start with nearly 9,000 views last month. I’ve got two podcasts per week going out through January. If you’re interested in filming a short 5-10 minute video podcast about any particular topic, we can get you a heck of a lot of exposure. Let me know if you’re interested, and I’ll help you get started. We manage the production part at Quest, and all you have to do is use a program like Camtasia on Windows or Screenflow on the Mac. (We don’t provide licensing for that, of course.)
WYSIWYG Editor Status
The article writing and editing process is nothing like Microsoft Word, and involves knowing a few Wiki syntax terms. It’d be nice if we had a WYSIWYG-style editor. The good news is that it’s coming, but the bad news is that it probably isn’t coming fast enough – the MediaWiki developers are coding it as we speak. You can see their work here:

We’ll keep an eye on this and let you know as things develop.
New Toad Landing Page Going Live Saturday
When a user opens Toad for SQL Server Freeware, right now it goes to the home page of SQLServerPedia. We’re getting thousands of those hits a day, but the users aren’t clicking anywhere, so we’ve added a new page specifically for those users. The new landing page focuses on some of the more popular content for developers, like the SQL Server Functions documentation, so we’ll see if that has an impact.
